Letter From The Editor

One year later I return with Metro Issue #3. As it turns out, there really IS a Metropolitan Magazine, a San Diego business publication. So if I ever get a life and get this stuff published, I’ll have to change the name. Until then, Metro it is.

Where have I been? Doing more important things? The answer is a very firm “no.” It takes a lot of effort to get a Metro issue out. The rest of the populace will probably never understand. I am an under-appreciated servant-wench.

The diligent reader may note that this issue looks a little different. I’ve increased pictures and now have better formatting capabilities with the newest Microsoft Word. Unfortunately, some of the pages were made before this technology revolution. They don’t look as nice. Try to figure out which those are. Earn a biscuit.

This issue is the “Dinner and a Movie” issue. I got not only to focus on dinner, but on movies as well. It’s hard to argue with that. The next issue will be, more likely than not, the “Music” issue.

I would like to thank absolutely no one on this issue. This is a lonely vigil and I realize that I will never get any help or co-authors. This may be in part due to my personality. I like to pretend it’s universal laziness.

Not too much to say besides that. Enjoy, enjoy, and be sure to use protection (see “the Public Service Announcement Page” for tips on what does and does not constitute thereof).
